OH!OH!OH!!! Those well manicured hands belong to Charlie the sex perv from next door! No luck with the ladies, so he's been reduced to fluffing Doc Corey the Elder so the good Doc can surprise Mary from behind!

Hah -- MM, that's exactly why that caption is missing. That panel was from years ago, and I deleted the dialogue for a "fill in the caption" contest. The results were pretty good: http://subdivided_we_stand.typepad.com/subdivided_we_stand/2005/08/its_1235_time_f.html
